- > Used VBA to create easy-to-use system interfaces in Excel. Allows users to automatically save XML files, edit in CSV files, and print in a specific format, making sending tax letters to users easier.
- > Used VBA to create a system in Excel that can convert XML to CSV files and CSV to XML files. It allows users with little computer knowledge to bring XML files into the better Excel interface to easily modify large numbers of rows in CSV and automatically generate a new XML file for each row in Excel.

> 03. Stuff I've Built (Projects)
Flight Booking System
I made use of the principles of UI design (Golden Rule, User-Centered Design Process, CRAP). I considered the functional, non-functional, and user experience requirements to design a mobile app for inquiring about and ordering flights to cover travel advice. After developing the app, I gathered user requirements and feedback via Google Forms.

Children's Learning Arithmetic App
I made use of the principles of UI design (Golden Rule). I considered the functional and non-functional requirements of three users (children, teachers and parents) and designed an iPad application that allows children to learn arithmetic operations through games and complete homework assigned by teachers. After developing the app, we conducted usability testing through structured interviews, asking two primary school students about their experience using our prototype.
Online Learning Platform
I built an online learning platform where users can purchase and watch online courses of all subjects. The project development focused on creating personas and user stories to gather functional and non-functional requirements. I developed the responsive website (desktop, tablet and mobile) with Bootstrap, taking into account design principles (7+2 Rule , Perception, PACT, 8 Golden Rules).

🤯 Final Year Project
Interactive and Visual Gamified Web Learning: Teaching Abstract Concepts in Human Computer Interaction and Operating Systems
For my final year project, I designed and developed a gamified web-based learning platform to teach abstract concepts in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Operating Systems (OS). The system integrates interactive games, visualizations, and assessment tools to improve student engagement and understanding. We evaluated the platform with real users, focusing on usability, motivation, and learning effectiveness, and received positive feedback. This project was awarded the Au Bak Ling Charity Trust Scholarship and submitted to the IEEE TALE 2025 conference.
